We believe in our products so much that if you don’t love your purchase we will take it back or exchange it within 30 days, no questions asked.  

100 Night Free Trial

Try our Cariloha Mattress and Comfort Base for a minimum of 30 days and, if you don't fall in love, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund.  Please note:  there is a small restocking fee if returning the Comfort Base.

The Cariloha Bamboo Mattress is covered by our 10-year warranty. Sleep soundly for the next 10 years. 

Comfort Bases are covered by a 1 year full coverage warranty, 2 year motor replacement warranty and a 10 year limited warranty for defects only. 

One Year Quality Guarantee

Cariloha provides a one-year warranty against any manufacture defects.

The Quality Guarantee Does NOT Cover the Following:

• Personal preference of softness, size and/or color
• Abuse to the product including burns, cuts, liquid damage, stains, or pet damage
• Loss or theft of an item(s) 
• Normal reasonable wear and tear of the product
  

Returns & Exchanges 

If you’re not satisfied with your Cariloha purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased through the Naples at Mercato store may be returned in store.   

We apologize, but we are currently unable to accept returns of merchandise purchased online or in other Cariloha stores.

Note: Pillows and Duvets that have been opened or used must be returned through Cariloha Customer Service.

100 Night Free Trial and Quality Guarantee Returns must be directed to Cariloha Customer Service at 800-884-5815.   They will be happy to arrange a pick-up and help you with your refund. Please note that you will need proof of purchase (either the original receipt or order number) in order to qualify for the Free Trial.
